Installing
Open your Downloads folder and double-click the installer. It has your key in its name.
Windows asks whether to let Tech Fort LLC make changes. That is the signed installer; click Yes.
A small window shows the steps: security team agent, Microsoft Defender, first check. Leave the computer on.
The shield appears in the tray by the clock and turns blue. Click it any time to see FIX IT and GET HELP.
Check this computer on the status page once it is up.
Your subscription, for the record. FortShield renews automatically at the price you chose, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. Your Stripe receipt has the amount and the date of the next charge. To change the card, add computers, or cancel, open the status page, enter your key, and press Manage billing or cancel. Cancelling stops the next charge; protection runs to the end of the period you paid for.
